Washsole Plumbing is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Frederick, CO and the Frederick area with independent providers. We have no employees to hire for field work. We are looking for contractors who run their own business and want more homeowner calls.

You keep your own brand, prices and schedule. You do the work and bill the customer.

Who We Are Looking For

We want independent providers in these areas:

• Emergency plumbing, including burst pipes and active leaks
• Drain clearing and blocked pipe services
• Sewer line inspection and repair

Experience with local conditions helps. Freeze and thaw cycles, heavy snow melt, basement water issues and stucco or wood-frame homes all shape the work here.

What We Expect

Providers in our network should:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your local rules require
• Give homeowners a written quote before starting work
• Explain problems and options in plain language
• Be honest about availability, and never promise timing you cannot meet
• Answer referred calls professionally
• Treat the home with care

We may stop referring to providers who do not meet these standards.
